These last two weeks, I learned a few things:

I can drive cross country pretty easily..as long as I stretch.

I am in fact..a CITY GURL. Camping ain’t for me, but glamping is 😅 ..however, I will always say yes to any experience at least one time, and I will actually do it again with another group of good people..
.
It is very easy to fall in love with NOLA. What the rent be like??
.
The immense support that I received in regards to a popular local artist in Vegas, stealing my work and releasing it as her own personal body, on all streaming platforms, reflects the level of respect that I have in the city of Las Vegas.
My integrity, my work ethic, my professionalism has always taken me very far.. even in uncomfortable situations, you can’t usually say that my reaction to something wasn’t warranted, and rooted in wanting justice in the matter.. Don’t get mad at me because I don’t play the game and accept abuse in professional environments..
.
I go in with the upmost intention to build community, meet new artists, and promote local sustainability, culturally, and among your peers. If you really cross me- I promise that you’ll receive every piece of karma that you deserve. I see that too often.. [Jill Scott and I are kinfolk lol]

This is the only version of that gnarls barkley headass that I’ll accept..

Big ups to the community who wanted the culture to sustain the way it did.
Every bloooddcllaaaattt penny I made in those two years in Bushwick went to them four walls. Big risk turned into a cultural reward that has still been impactful to this day..
