2025 got off to a rough start, I went through some pretty serious health stuff, and I had to do some serious fasting to get my gut back in balance. You probably can't tell but I was quite miserable when I took this picture. And I am much happier to be eating all the food again..... but damn those starvation abs.....

There's not much to say, but.... wow, universe, thank you for my life. Filled with beautiful moments like this, and oh, so many other things seen and unseen.

I love props, they add an element of exploratory play to my movement practice. They also inspire novelty for the nervous system which is how our brain grows. Repetition certainly builds the body, but novelty builds the brain!
