Our Kickstarter is LIVE! In TWYLA, a young woman must save a mistreated dog from her neighbor. The film is a short horror coming-of-age about the complexities of entering young adulthood after surviving childhood sexual abuse.

We are crowdfunding to raise the minimum costs for production and your contribution would support the filming stage of this project.

Kickstarter’s crowdfunding model is all-or-nothing, meaning we only receive the funds if we raise 100% of our goal and we only have 30 days to do it. Every little bit helps and brings us closer to bringing this story to life.

Outside of monetary donations, sharing this film with others is just as valuable. 

Everyone involved is passionate about telling meaningful stories and the craft of making films, but the process of filmmaking is expensive and, especially for independent filmmakers, riddled with barriers. Contributing to a crowdfunding campaign such as this one is a great way to fund independent cinema.
