Every Tuesday at 6:30 PM, we will be challenging ourselves physically and mentally pushing up the ramp on the top floor of the parking lot in Jackson Hospital

Pull up and get your training in!!

NOTE: We will not have staff available to help so if you require assistance, please bring your own help

Here at Push On we‘ve put together an adaptive training program for people in wheelchairs. And we are currently working on partnering with a gym to host adaptive workout clinics for the spinal cord injury community in Miami!

We had wheelchair challenges like making an infinity sign, racing to get on and off chairs quickly, and even played some adaptive pickleball.
