745x2 Beltless Deadlift PR❤️‍🔥 I WILL KEEP SURPASSING MY LIMITS NO MATTER WHAT STANDS BEFORE ME. You know whats funny. I was initially only gonna go for 1 rep, but then when I went down after doing it, my body just didn’t want to let go. Because just doing 1 rep wouldn’t have been a PR and I wanted to take the chance to inspire and end the night off with something hype. You never know what you can accomplish unless you try 🫵🏽

740 ALL-TIME PAUSED BELTLESS DEADLIFT PR❤️‍🔥 It was rest day today..Until an All Might Edit came up on my FYP at 10pm. Then, only naturally I had to go hit an All-Time Paused PR. Really drove to the gym at 11pm to hit this‼️ If you want to leave your mark. You know what you have to do‼️
(Take your rest days seriously tho. I only did this because I’m me, and I get my power from Anime Edits💯)

I think it’s a good thing that I failed. Since switching back to flats and highbar this month I’ve been figuring out my positioning. I let the bar roll up my neck too far on the way up out the hole and lost balance! Failing a squat has always sounded scary so I think I always tried to avoid pushing myself as hard as I could. This was a good lesson and a step in overcoming a negative thought. Now I feel like I can ascend my squat just like I did my deadlift.
