It's the second day of the TUC Disabled Workers' Conference and our delegates Richard and Ashley spoke to support motions on Reasonable Adjustments in the Workplace and Stop the War on Iran.

Ashley said: "Disabled workers must not be made to absorb the consequences of war. When conflict reshapes lives, it is workers who carry the risk — and our union will always stand for fairness, dignity, and stability.”

Richard Kuby, national disabled members' forum rep seconding motion 9 from USDAW at the TUC disabled workers' conference today. The motion was on tackling disabillity discrimination, addressing poverty and inequality.
