“She’s Got You” was written as a follow-up single to Cline’s previous year’s big hits, “I Fall to Pieces” and “Crazy.” It was released on January 30, 1962, and immediately climbed to the top of the Hot Country chart.

Good Morning friends.I wanted to take a moment to remember someone who was near and dear to the hearts of so many, my Dad- Charlie Dick. Many of you know that he was always heavily involved with keeping the name and legacy of Patsy Cline in the highest regard. After Mom's passed in 1963, anything that had to do with the name Patsy Cline, had to go through Dad.

More ofthen than people may realize, he sometimes spent a good part of his daily routine answering questions of his years with Mom for family, friends, fans and anyone who had an interest. He was a walking encyclopedia of Country Music memories, having met just about everyone in the business from the early 1960's until his passing. We miss him every day and this part of the year is always difficult as we near the time of his passing. We also cherish the memories and laughter.

Thank you all so much for being a part of Mom's legacy, just as Dad would have wanted.I'm sure they would both be thrilled to know that people are still enjoying the music and those songs are being passed down to the next generation of fans! - Julie

Tonight is the anniversary of Patsy's show in Trenton, New Jersey at the White Horse Bowling Academy, which featured 60 lanes! Disc Jockey and promoter Don Larkin welcomed Patsy to the stage of the White Horse performance lounge, called the Frontier Room- where she was joined by the house band. During the late 60's, 3 hour shows were broadcast directly from the stage over a local radio station. The Frontier Room was a hot spot among Country Music entertainers and hosted such acts and Johnny Cash, Roy Clark, George Jones and Don Gibson and could seat over 600 guests for each show.

We've included a flyer from that night's events- as well as a couple of photos. One of Patsy on stage in NJ (confirmed by the name on the drum kit) and another photo taken back stage that night and later given to the family by a fan. Anyone on the East Coast remember the White Horse Bowling Academy? #PatsyCline

Please join us as we remember the life and career of Loretta Lynn. Many of you know the story of Loretta's humble beginnings and her rise to Country Music superstar status. Her story was told through several songs and then a memoir and then a film of the same name. "Coal Miner's Daughter" wasn't just a title, it was part of her life story. The world became acquainted with Loretta through the film and it also introduced Mom's music to an entirely new audience.Their friendship became a film of it's own. The Lifetime film, "Patsy & Loretta" has become a much loved extension of their story and time spent together here in Nashville, which was originally showcased in the film "Coal Miner's Daughter.

Words cannot express the loss we all feel at this moment. Please remember Loretta's family during this time.... and maybe at some point today, play one her songs and sing along. We'll all have our own memories of her music forever and for that we are eternally grateful. - Julie
