Today I discovered - if you’re struggling to muster a full Morning greeting? A ‘Ning will do!!! Try it! Make someone’s day. ✌️’Ning

Teaming up with @flowalbe to bring @unpvdays x 83% DRT Vol 4 (Trail Run VI) - The first trail run of Spring 2026.

A north-bound route through the heart of Epping Forest, starting from Walthamstow Central station and finishing in Epping town centre. Expect ancient oak woodland, hidden paths, bridleways, and oh!! Yes, dare we say it - MUD (yes mud!!!), and some punchy climbs. A proper “middle of nowhere” feeling – all within Zone 6.

For the second year we included the superb London Community Track as one of our North - South - East & West tracks. The team at LCT are wonderful and they really got into the spirit.
