- un plancher en béton brut
- un accès direct au monte-charge pour simplifier le transport d'équipement
- un emplacement accessible via la 40, proche de la Petite-Italie.
Un espace montréalais de 750 pi² né de l’intention d’offrir aux créatif.ves et professionnel.les un environnement où leurs mandats prennent forme de manière fluide.
Déjà plus de 25 projets réalisés depuis notre ouverture en janvier.
