Each week offers 26 hours of training, with multiple guest teachers, yoga, weight transfer, polyrhythms and drills, individual feedback and deep dive training with me. Taking both weeks is recommended for the ultimate intensive experience but you can still do singular weeks. Week 2 is higher difficulty than Week 1.
