The show unites for the first time ever the various artistic expressions of the artist such as: Life performance, Video, Photogram, sculpture and Drawing.
The exhibition is on view from October 12th till November 8th.
Seungwoo Park *1997 Daegu, Korea, is a Performance Artist, Painter, Sculptor and Filmmaker.
Seungwoo Park developed a unique praxis of performance in which he focuses on transcending the physical limitations of the body.
The artist is inspired by observing the unpredictable movements of fish. In his performances he then let his intuition decide how to move. With unconscious movements he explores the complex interactions between reality and unreality. This paradoxically reveals his preoccupation with the "present".
Since there is technically no instant between past and future, it is the performance artist's gift to slow down time and intrigue us to forget for an instant the limitation of physical boundaries.
His work hints at the perishability of existence while at the same time contemplating its eternity.
