The flight of the Great Horned Owl. To learn about this incredible raptor and to experience it’s guided flight up close and personal was a unique and special experience.

Documenting life in the valley on the @sonyalpha 9 III. This camera is a game changer for wildlife and bird photography. With the global electronic shutter, it’s nearly impossible to miss a moment. This camera has the ability to capture 120 frames in a second with shutter speeds up to 1/80,000 of a second, in addition to a pre capture mode which records images a full second before pressing the shutter. I’ve been really impressed with the animal tracking abilities as well, even at 120fps the photos remain sharp without distortion.
