The Official Account of Men’s and Women’s Rowing at Franklin and Marshall College
As seen in @lancasteronline F&M Rowing this summer is offering three learn to row opportunities, one for adults and two for high school students, in the greater Lancaster area. F&M’s three six-day sessions this summer will be on the Susquehanna River’s Lake Clarke, meeting at the team boathouse in Wrightsville. Hours each week are 5 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday. Info and registration for the three different sessions is available at the link in our bio.

Counting down the days until our seniors’ final race at MARCs, today we’re spotlighting Skyler 🚣♀️ From learning how to row freshman year to stepping into a meaningful leadership role, Skyler has grown so much both on and off the water. She’s built friendships that will last a lifetime and helped shape the team along the way.
Favorite rowing memory: one practice on the water where we fully got lost in the fog on Lake Clark. We couldn’t see the shore at all. Of course it was less than ideal at the time, but we survived (and the boat did too) and live to tell the tale.
Congratulations Skyler and we will always look out for birds for you!

Huge shoutout to Coach Doh for the energy, consistency, and work he’s poured into us all season. every rep, every session, it all shows when we’re out there moving boats.
