Today was a first and I’m still trying to collect my thoughts. It was the first time I’ve spoken to an entire school all at once. I want to thank the administrators at Portage for allowing me to come in and share Stefan’s story with all 400 kids in the junior/senior high school. While I’m used to 20 or so in a classroom, 400-ish was certainly a task and I enjoyed sharing the mental health message. I told the students talking to them is my own version of therapy for dealing with Stefan’s loss, even so many years later. It’s very helpful for me, and I truly appreciate everyone at @pasdmustangs for inviting and welcoming me in to kick off their mental health week.

As always- if you’re going through something or having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, talk to someone. You aren’t alone. There are resources for you, I promise. The world is better with you in it.

Portage students and staff: thank you again. Until next time 💚🤍

They say, “it takes a village.” Well, my village is full of amazing humans doing their thing. My business and personal circles have been heavily involved in the community over the last few months and I wanted to highlight great things happening here.

In just the past two months, we have attended multiple chamber events, bowled to support the East Hills Business Association (@drew_pfeilbeat me by 90), celebrated TEN years of @second.chance.fund while meeting our scholarship award winner @sydneyvitko and spent time in Pittsburgh discussing ways to capitalize on the tourism of the NFL draft.

And last but certainly not least, we spent today with the Johnstown Sitting Bulls at their annual charity game. I got beat up pretty bad by my favorite Bull, @russell.white.568089 while showing @riley_holsinger from WTAJ the ropes of sled hockey. A thank you to @tyann13 of WJAC and many Sitting Bulls families for action shots of the game. Can’t wait for next year.

I am forever proud of the work being done in our community and can only hope to be invited to continue to do things with these amazing people.

And as I always say, don’t point out a problem if you don’t wanna help find the solution 😎

NYE can only mean one thing: the happiest of birthdays to the best mom in the world. I got my “approved social media pictures” from 2025, and added in a sprinkle of the Queen herself ripping some fire in Mexico.

All she asks for this year is a Buckeyes dub in the CFP tonight and a tattoo that simply reads, “Son.” What a woman ❤️

She remains off the social media grid so she won’t see this, but we send her love anyway. If you’ve got her number, she’d love a text today!

Happy birthday, Steph. We love you 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Two decades without one of the boys. Lots and lots of reflection over this anniversary. Struggling with the thought of how short this life can be.

Do what you wanna do. Say what you wanna say… because one day you won’t be able to.

Twenty years without our guy and forever to go. I’ll see you one day my dude. Miss and love you more than you’ll ever know. 🤘🏼🤘🏼

Slight change of plans for 2025 😉

One door closes and a dozen more open. Appreciate the community-minded leadership of the Mill Rats for the chance to help the team this season…

You will be able find me working on my own business, and consulting with multiple others throughout the summer. If your business needs help with growing your revenue, feel free to reach out.

To my old teammates- no matter where your lives or careers take you, we will always be a team. What we built together was truly special and a chapter of my life I will always cherish. Being your leader was the highlight of my sports journey thus far, and I will always be one call away… except when I’m on DND 😉

Onto the next ⚾️ 🤙🏼
