I’m excited to share news about something very near and dear to my heart.  For the last fifteen months, I’ve been working on a variety of ventures related to an expansive career retrospective which I’m calling ‘A Lifetime Of Vinyl Culture.’ This multi-faceted campaign will be rolling out over the course of 2026 and beyond, but the time has come to announce the VERY FIRST project under the retrospective banner:  an eight-piece vinyl box set entitled ‘DJ Shadow- The Mo’ Wax Singles, 1993-1997.’

Thanks to the ongoing technical efforts of a friend of mine (more on him soon), my original MPC 60 has been refurbished and I am revisiting samples from Endtroducing for the first time in nearly 30 years.  Check out these chopped guitars from the pre-chorus build on “Stem”- no computers or auto-slicing, this was all done by ear.  VOLUME UP! 🔈 #Endtroducing30 #ALifetimeOfVinylCulture

Last month, inside a large, shabby cardboard box marked "Living Room," I found a folder containing what amounts to the architectural plans for my 1996 debut album Endtroducing...track sheets, studio notes, you name it, it's all there.I'm embarrassed that I was negligent with these materials for so long, but grateful to have reclaimed them intact.
