My 2025 culinary wrap up (only a month late). The year I started culinary school, catered a wedding and moved back to San Francisco to chase my food creation dreams. I owe a major THANK YOU for all the love and support this past year from the best friends, family and incredible husband!
I love to cook. I love to eat. I love my life!
Memories like this (from 2021) remind me to trust the process! All of the experiences in my life have led me to this point. Cooking has always been my passion. This feels right!

Taco week at school turned into a perfect dinner with some of my favorite people in this world!
On the menu:
Jack fruit and tofu Al pastor tacos on flour and blue corn tortillas with avocado mousse, pickled onions, chiles toreados, sikil p’ak (pepita salsa), grilled pineapple, Mexican rice, black beans and kale salad.
