L’hyper viral « Dumpling Lasagna » ou on retrouve les goûts des raviolis chinois mais avec l’ingénierie d’une lasagne. C’est la première fois que je fais une poste comme ça, soyez gentils avec moi 😅
Recette pour 4 ramequins 👇🏻
- 350g Porc Haché (ou si non, boeuf, poulet, même tofu) assaisonné avec sel et poivre
- 4 oignions verts ciselés, blanc + vert claire séparés des parties vert foncé
- 1 pouce de gingembre râpé (vraiment la taille de ton pouce 👍🏼)
- 2-4 gousses d’ail râpé
- 2 tasses de choux vert ciselé
- 3 c. soupe sauce soja(salé), 2 c. à soupe huile de sesame, 1 c. à soupe vinaigre noir (ou vinaigre de riz, même vinaigre blanc), 1 c. à soupe sauce aux huîtres (Oyster Sauce), 1 c. à soupe miren (optionnel)
- Mélange la viande, parties blancs et vert claire des oignons, gingembre, ail, choux et toutes les sauces dans un grand bol.
- Dans des ramequins, fait une couche fine de la mixture de viande, puis une feuille de ravioli. Répète 3 fois. Avant de terminer, à la derniere couche de viande, rajoute 3 cuilleres à soupe d’eau dans le ramequin et couvre la viande avec 2 feuilles de pâtes
- Couvre à moitié d’ hauteur d’eau boulante dans une cocotte ou casserole avec couvercle pour faire cuire à la vapeur: 20-25 minutes
- Sers avec les condiments de ton choix: Sauce Soja, Vinaigre, Onions vert, huile piquante, graines de sésame, un bol de riz, etc.
