No one would argue it’s a wild time in the industry. Between HoldCo reductions, and fewer and fewer entry level positions, hiring and job searching looks different than it did even a few years ago.

Mentoring the next generation of agency talent is something our team finds joy and meaning in – and we’re here to take on this challenge with some urgency and humanity. Our team is growing and we’re starting our search here, asking our community to share outstanding referrals for a Mid-Weight Client Facing Project Manager / Producer.

We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of previous client facing experience in a creative agency or other client service based business who wants to grow in a boutique creative studio setting. Must be:

- Open to wearing many hats
- Eager to learn from seasoned talent
- Interested in working in an agile way
- Excited to build an entirely new category of agency services
