10 YEARS OF PRETTY BOY.

Happy anniversary to the cast, crew, and everyone who has loved and supported this film from the very beginning. What started as a little short we believed in with our whole hearts went on to reach over 30 million views, 600k likes, and 30k comments on YouTube alone, while traveling to more than 50 film festivals around the world.

One of the greatest gifts of Pretty Boy has been the community it built. That has truly been one of my favorite accomplishments of my filmmaking career so far. We set out to make something we believed in 100%, something honest, bold, and fully ours. I’ll always be grateful for that moment in time, and so damn thankful to everyone who helped make it what it became.

And if you loved the short, Michael Wright @screenwrighter666 and I have written a Pretty Boy feature (based on the short), and we can’t wait to get it into the right hands and bring the full scope of Sean and Katie’s journey to life.

The biggest lesson Pretty Boy taught me:
If you have a dream, go catch it…go film it! Don’t wait around for someone else to give you the green light. You ARE that light… let it shine, baby!

TOP SHORTS REVIEW: Patrick Hilgart and Kim Perrin hit the perfect comic notes, and their chemistry crackles with frivolity and verbal daggers. They light up the screen with hilarious charm, delivering unabashedly funny performances that keep the audience thoroughly amused.
