From stepping into AI with no prior experience to building an app translating Mandarin songs into English and sharing it so others can learn too, Virginia shows what happens when you push beyond your comfort zone.

She’s also a passionate advocate for the next generation, supporting events, speaking at universities, and co-founding the first Early Careers Women @Arm ERG.

And we’re proud that Arm also placed 2nd for Best Internship Programme by @targetjobs, recognizing the impact our interns make every day with the support of mentors and teams around them.

Every year, we bring together over 330 graduates from 12 countries for our Global Graduate Conference (GGC), a 3-day experience designed to connect, inspire and accelerate careers. 🙌

Hosted in the UK, GGC is a unique opportunity for emerging talent to come together, hear from leaders, take part in interactive sessions, and build a global network that lasts well beyond the event.

But more than that, it’s a reflection of the impact our community is already having.

From contributing to cutting-edge AI innovation to working on technologies shaping the future of compute, including developments like the Arm AGI CPU, our teams are helping drive what’s next.

#ArmEverywhere marked an inflection point for Arm - and for agentic AI infrastructure.

With the launch of the Arm AGI CPU, Arm now offers the broadest choice of compute: from IP, to Arm Compute Subsystems (CSS), and now silicon. This fundamentally changes how AI can be built, scaled, and deployed on Arm.

The announcement set the direction, and the ecosystem proved it’s ready.

With teams from @Meta and @OpenAI joining us on stage, and across the partner ecosystem village, hardware readiness and platform support were on display. In the demo lab and tech theatre, real-world use cases showed how Arm is enabling the next era of AI infrastructure.

This momentum from the day is shared. Developed with lead partner Meta, alongside strong commitments from customers and leading ODMs, the Arm AGI CPU is backed by a global ecosystem ready for production.
