Our Garden Loaf

This one took a good minute to refine the recipe but by god I think we got it! The Garden loaf is essentially our take on the multiseed classic but with a little twist to bring all those flavors together without feeling super mealy.

This week’s special addition was semolina 💛

💛 Semolina is made from durum wheat, which is higher in protein than regular flour

💛 It gives sourdough a slightly golden color

💛Adds a mild, nutty flavor that softens the tang

💛 Helps create a chewy but still soft texture

💛Supports dough structure during long fermentation
