5 years in Berlin.
I moved here from San Salvador with one friend in the city and no real plan for what my studio would become.
Everything I built in those first years failed on the first try.
The second try mostly failed too. Around the fifth or sixth attempt, something would finally click.
I did not get smarter. I just outlasted all the bad versions.
Nothing works until it does.
I kept coming back to that line. On client calls when a rebrand stalled. On late nights rewiring a system nobody asked for.
In years when the revenue did not match the ambition.
Five years later, my work is not built on a Berlin network per se, but Berlin became the door that opened the way.
Now it is built between cities: San Salvador, Zurich, Stockholm, London, DC, Grand Cayman.
Berlin is where I sit when it all connects.
This year, we put the line on a cap. An EL FIN artifact.

First slowdown vacation in a long time, and it felt like exactly what I needed. These last weeks have been wild, but I’m finally slowing down a bit here in Sweden.
