The Rake is honoured to welcome our friend Rafe Spall as Issue 105’s cover star.

In contrast to an exponentially disquieting news cycle, we are relieved that today’s luxury enthusiast arrives informed, inquisitive, and quietly exacting – part of a growing fraternity that treats knowledge as both currency and pleasure. Whether mastering the subtleties of tailoring, tipples or timepieces, these pursuits blur the line between the trivial and the essential, revealing that discernment itself is the true indulgence.
