The inhabitants of the Nasa Wes'x from Gaitania Indigenous Territory, in Planadas, Tolima, arrived in these lands after being displaced from Cauca during the Thousand Days War (civil conflict in Colombia at the end of the 19th century).

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience. dialing in espresso | pour over brewing
• Clean, professional appearance
• ⁠Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and the overall presentation of the café
• ⁠Punctuality and schedule reliability
