The AI transformation is a people transformation.

That was the main conclusion of an unforgettable AI Day 2026 yesterday. In a stunning Wintercircus, we brought the brightest minds in AI together.

💥 On the main stage, @benedictevans set the room alight with his macro state of AI eating the world. @martinadomenicali brought @lexroom.ai's jaw-dropping growth and VC story. And our own @jeroenvanhautte delivered the finale of the day: live demos in a packed circus, deep-diving into his terminals, AI agents and 'License to Skill' onboarding game he built himself.

🧠 And that was just the closing act. Earlier in the day, two afternoon tracks had already raised the bar. For builders and engineers, we served deep-tech sessions with @william.verstraete, @patrick.debois, Yasamin Karimi, @schelstraetevincent, @marijndekerpel and @jensjoris. Founders, investors, and Wintercircus Collective members had a track of their own, packed with insights from @dorien.vs, @juliedumoulin1, @talfanevans and @codorniou, followed by an AI & art demo by @black_racer and @joellesnaith.

For the most forward-looking HR leaders of enterprises around the world, we ran an exclusive Skills Strategy Summit: a two-day program kicking off with a visit to Ghent and culminating in AI Day.

With 700+ in the room, we delivered on what we came to do: shape and claim the AI conversation in Europe and beyond, prove that Ghent has every right to be at the center of it, and organize the event that we’d always wanted to attend ourselves.
