In the basement sitting area, the richness comes from the interplay of texture and pattern. Linen stools soften the space, while the checkerboard table detail and herringbone ottoman introduce a tailored sense of rhythm and craftsmanship. Grounded by the leather sofa and wool rug, the layered materials create a space that feels refined and dimensional. #OxfordRd
