Cornerstone Fire Station 38 is a community landmark serving Calgary’s growing northeast region. This 24/7 station was designed in close collaboration with the Calgary Fire Department to support faster response times, efficient operations, and firefighter wellbeing.

Our design team created a contextual massing that blends with nearby homes while establishing a prominent street presence. Public features, including the mass timber colonnade, make the building a visible landmark and welcoming community hub.

Targeting LEED Gold and built to be zero‑carbon ready, the station reflects strength, sustainability, and care for the first responders and the community they serve.
