Another @d.b.a.eastvillage #dbawallsnyc for the records but our very first ever duo show with 2 murals showing! @shrpy_ @mr.moustachio_ blessed our patio and our interior walls with awesome art while @madlovebeernyc kept the drink specials flowing. With curator/bartender/host @jungcinco spearheading it all it was a Staten Island party in full effect. 🎶 (Staten Island punk rock legends & fear friends) @montyloveofficial 🤘🏽. Shaolin forever!

Paper collage on 16” by 20” wood panel. Created from Sharpy's print titled "All In Together Now" and is an autographed archival pigment print. It is printed on Moab Entrada Rag Bright 290 GSM archival paper at 11 x 17 inches. Signed by the artist in a limited edition of 20, this collage is made from the artist proof. The print contains House of Roulx blind embossed stamping and authentic edition rubber stamp on verso. Collage is also made from Fabriano Tiziano acid-free 160 gsm paper, and printed, recycled and found paper, 2026.

"Together and Apart" is a new piece of artwork that combines the collage language of FLYFLYLES with Sharpy's smiling shark character locked in with that focused, knowing grin. The work is built from Sharpy's "All In Together Now" gorgeous print, waves of orange, pinks, burgundy and blues, then the surface is interrupted with black and white stripes to cut the flow and reroute the energy. The stripes fracture the image but also stitch it back together. The sharks keep pushing through, playful, persistent, unfazed. Control meets disruption, clean lines meet hand cut chaos.

Color also does a lot of the heavy lifting here. Heat from the pinks and oranges pressing up against the cool pull of blues, creating a constant back and forth. The eye moves, doubles back, catches on edges, then gets pulled forward again. At the center of it all, those Sharpy grins hold steady. No matter how much the surface shifts or breaks, it stays intact, like a signal cutting through static. Everything here is all smiles, even in the divide.
