Congratulations to the good homies in @thisispolica on their lucky number 7th album, DREAMS GO. This summer, they invited me to the video shoot for “Wasted Me” at @acmestage here in Minneapolis and afterwards I interviewed all the collaborating artists. Had an intense blast building these Altec 604-8g speaker cabinets with @nickgulig and @maronapo. Nick found the drivers, complete with crossovers, hidden away in a box in his parents garage. Eau Claire heads would be curious to know that these likely came from Kjer Theater at UWEC, where my elementary school held our ice cream socials and screened Little Mermaid for my class.
