We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, both in-store and online, while supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring retail and fulfillment processes run smoothly.
Position Details:
Job Title: Customer Experience Team Member
Employment Type: Full-Time, Tuesday-Saturday
Location: 800 N. Commerce St. Lockhart, TX
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service in our retail store
Manage and respond to customer and sales inquiries via email and in person
Process and fulfill online and in-store orders accurately and on time
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space
Monitor, restock, and help manage store inventory
Assist with retail order fulfillment, including packaging and preparing shipments
Operate point-of-sale systems
