They’ve done what international journalists were barred from doing: to bear witness to a live-streamed genocide. This makes their accounts vital to understanding the truth of the crimes Israel has committed in Gaza since October 2023, & to holding Israel and its Western allies to account for the horrors that have been allowed to happen.
