Somewhere between a card game and a confession, a daughter asks her father questions he can only answer in someone else’s voice. Down the hall, a waiting room fills with the particular silence of people who have not yet been told. Further still – across a border that used to mean everything – a country arrives, finally, and is nothing like the postcard.

Memory edits itself in the dark.

Ancient suns, all-seeing eyes, sacred towers. The same symbols keep surfacing as surveillance networks, atomic insignia, UFO sightings, algorithmic feeds. ‘A Thousand Suns’ traces these recurrences through personal memory, myth, and the endless scroll. Fragments of social media cut in and redirect: seductive, overwhelming, sometimes funny. A heatwave summer, strange lights hanging still above a NATO airbase. Declassified CIA documents about astral travel resurfacing as 60-second reels. Spoken word unfolding over a slow-burning, atmospheric soundscape.

Join us on December 14th at 2:30 PM at Atelier Gardens for the Freedom from Famine Fundraiser Tapes Listening Session & Concert, part of the Winter Market 2025 at Atelier Gardens.

This intimate gathering brings together a mix of live performances and a relaxed listening session featuring selections from the forthcoming Freedom from Famine compilation tapes.

Attendees will have the chance to purchase a pre-sale copy of the EU edition or support the cause directly through onsite donations to our partner nonprofits.

By purchasing a pre-sale copy of the tape you are aiding directly in the production of this tape and will receive a copy when it is made available in Spring/Summer 2025 as well as have access to the digital compilation.

Created in collaboration with @thegrowtheternal and Care Of, this project brings together artists contributing non-exclusive music to benefit urgent humanitarian relief.

100% of proceeds from the tapes will be donated—50% to @khartoum_aid_kitchen providing food and medical aid in Sudan, and 50% to @waterislifegaza supporting frontline water relief efforts in Gaza.

Adam has worked with world-renowned artists like Hans Zimmer and AURORA, and his music has been recorded at iconic studios including AIR Studios in London and Synchron Stage Vienna. Known for his cinematic and emotive sound, his work spans major films, TV productions, and global media.⁠

PALESTINE & SUDAN: Freedom from Famine Fundraiser Tapes

Please share—and send us your music by September 15th!

We're collaborating with @thegrowtheternal who spearheaded this project—everything from concept to organization and now to curating with our team at Care Of.

We’ll be releasing 2 curated music tapes. An EU and US edition of this compilation will be released with their own unique art and exclusive songs, along with a larger unified Bandcamp digital release (no DSPs).

*We’re donating 50% of proceeds to Sudanese food and medicine support @khartoum_aid_kitchen ,
and the other 50% to frontline water relief efforts in Gaza @waterislifegaza

*All music on this compilation is 100% non-exclusive for artists, you retain all master and publishing rights.

*This tape will not be distributed through DSPs, besides Bandcamp via a purchased download link and the 3 preview tracks (to be chosen with artist consent). The physical tapes will include a direct download link to the full unified compilation.
