Hello everyone, based on the most frequent questions, this is just to remind you that :

1. This is not an official EU page but an account I created to share Erasmus+ projects opportunities.

2. These projects allow you to travel for Free across Europe (and sometimes beyond). Accommodation and food are always covered, and travel costs are always reimbursed.

3. Most opportunities are for young people (Youth Exchanges) and youth workers (Training Courses).

4. A “youth worker” is someone who works with young people, but sometimes there is flexibility in the selection process if you don’t have this role.

5. This projects are open to Erasmus+ Programme Countries, which include all 27 EU member states + Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Türkiye (soon UK too). Occasionally other countries can also participate, but this is less common.

6. The number of opportunities given also depends on the country’s size and how popular Erasmus+ is in that country. 

7. I don’t know in advance which projects will be available, so I can’t provide opportunities based on specific nationalities or dates. I receive new projects daily and share them as they come.

8. The majority of the projects are for people aged 18+, so opportunities for minors are quite rare. However, if you’re under 18, the good news is that you’ll have plenty of future chances.

9. If you live in a country but are not a citizen, you can still apply as long as you are legally registered there and not already benefiting from another Erasmus+ funded program.

10. After applying, you may or may not receive a response. Sometimes you’ll hear back quickly, sometimes after a few days or weeks, and sometimes not at all, generally if you haven't heard back in few weeks means you haven't been selected.

What to expect?

During this project, you will:
-Develop mental health and resilience skills
- Gain tools for stress management & peer support
- Explore the impact of social media
- Build communication and teamwork skills
- Experience intercultural teamwork and connections
- Engage in nature-based and wellbeing sessions

It's a hands-on experience based on non-formal education where you'll learn by doing, reflection, and youth-led activities

Learning Communities Camp: Designing Learning Spaces

Open to Youth 18-30 years old
Odiáxere, Lagos, Portugal

10-16 June 2026

24 young people from different countries will come together for an immersive experience focused on green skills, community life, regenerative education and the design of meaningful learning spaces.

Through hands-on activities, creative workshops, group reflections and shared community moments, participants will explore how learning can become more connected to nature, cooperation and practical sustainability.

This Youth Exchange will also support the preparation of summer learning activities and include an Open Day with the local community.

No professional experience is needed - we are looking for young people who are curious, motivated to learn, open to community living and willing to contribute with their ideas, presence and energy.

This Erasmus+ youth exchange explores collective healing in response to environmental and social collapse by challenging the deeply ingrained cultural patterns-such as competition, consumer growth, and the myth of the lone hero-that block meaningful global change . Through shared inquiry, participants will deconstruct how their upbringings limit their imagination, prioritize "unlearning" over the rigid quest for certainty, and redefine how they interact with themselves, each other, and the world.

Digital Detox

Location: Murzasichle, Poland 

In this youth exchange you'll have the chance to disconnect from constant notifications, social media, and everyday overstimulation, and instead spend 10 days closer to nature, other people, and yourself.

The programme includes daily yoga sessions, mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, outdoor activities (including rafting and a bike trip!), as well as workshops about stress management, mindful use of technology, and building a healthy balance between the online and offline world

This project is funded by the European Union.

This project aims to:

1. Encourage dance and movement as a way to improve well-being,

2. Raise awareness about the power of dance therapy,

3. Reduce the stereotypes and misconceptions surrounding mental health issues.

🌊 3 ESC Volunteering Teams in Finland

1. 📍 Suomenlinna, Helsinki, Finland 🇫🇮

📅 30 July – 14 August 2026

Join a 15‑day ESC team at Suomenlinna Sea Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Volunteers will help with maintenance, restoration, landscaping and shoreline cleaning around the fortress, under the guidance of site specialists. The project is part of Concrete Deeds for the Baltic Sea and focuses on environmental protection and cultural heritage.

2. 📍 Loviisa, Finland 🇫🇮

📅 16–31 August 2026

Take part in a 16‑day ESC volunteering team in the Baltic seaside town of Loviisa. Volunteers will help plan and run local youth and cultural events, including the Night of Young Arts, Pernaja Day, Loviisa Day and Baltic Sea Day. The team will support event setups, decorations, workshops and street activities, engaging with local youth and communities.

3.📍 Livonsaari, Turku Archipelago, Finland 🇫🇮

📅  20 July - 04 August 2026

Join a Baltic Sea archipelago adventure as an ESC volunteer on Livonsaari Island, in the Turku archipelago. Volunteers will take part in ecological and community‑based activities, including gardening, youth‑oriented projects, sustainability initiatives and manual work in nature. The project is hosted by a grassroots association focused on sustainable living and rural wellbeing.
