Why we should say yes more often -
When we choose to say yes to life, we to see the excitement and the adventure in potential. So often we can be stuck in routine that we forget how to explore the new, the unchartered.
When we say yes we stop acting out of fear of the unknown that is brought by routine and regime.

Here is our journey from Madaba to Petra in Jordan. We decided to say to adventure, to new ways of living and experiencing life.

Our time in Jordan was short, but full. Full of lessons, full of new friendships, and a strengthening of old ones.
We walked through valleys and over mountains, we slept in caves and under the stars. We shared the highest highs and we fought one another like enemies. But we went through these experiences together and I have never learnt so much in such a short amount of time.
We learnt how to face our fears,
To be strong like rock
To be soft like sand
To move like the wind, forever free.
we learnt that happiness is best shared and most importantly from the people of Jordan we learnt the joy of hospitality the joy of sharing our lives with others.
That Life is full of joy, if you make the choice to see it around you. If you say yes to Life.

Balance is not about control, but the free flow of energy within a system.

We’ve had some pretty low temperatures in the UK these past few days.

What better way to make the most of it than in a bin in your garden full of ice cold water.
