Born and raised in St Paul's Bristol, King Fisha Sound was formed through the love of Sound System culture and roots music 🎶

His father was a multi musician who played guitar in a reggae band called The Motivations 🙌

Growing up, this was a big influence on his interest in reggae and dub. Which led on to influences such as Iration Steppas, Vibronics, OBF and Aba Shanti - I 🔥

@kingfishasound has been producing music for over 10 years, providing various selectas with his unreleased dubs. He now runs 1Relation sound system with his two friends, Wilfy Rootikal & Sista ina ✨️🎶💖

We are super excited to welcome you to the Ecstatic Dub collective, ever weaving the web and adding our vibrations together, regardless of if we play one or many events together 🥰🙌✨️

@ecstatic_dub is a journey of sound, intended to welcome all parts of you and hold you in a container of vibey goodness that feels like both a stompy rave and a blissful cocoon 🥰💖

We believe the bass is the medicine we all need and love and so we weave a journey of heavy bass music, including (but not limited to) dub, dubstep, bassline, psydub, trance and dnb, with embodiment practices to connect us with ourselves and eachother. We share songs to help us awaken and remember our depths, bringing singers far and wide to ease us back out of our bassy stomp and into a calming sound healing session to close the evening, ending in circle, if you wish, to be witnessed in anything that has moved through you in the dance🙏

Ecstatic Dub is a bridge between a Clubnight and an Ecstatic Dance, intended to offer sober and safe rave space as an alternative option to the messy nights we have known - and probably loved! 😋 But want to try something different that leaves a feeling of wholeness, and the ability to wake up fresh the next morning! 🥰🎶

Our next event will be in Bristol at The Wildbox, a beautiful yoga studio on the outskirts of Bedminster, not far from Bristol Temple Meads train station, on the 19th of July at 8:30pm

We are blessed with some incredible performers for this dance and it is not one to be missed!

We will be guided into movement by the original sounds of @ahu_vision to warm us up, creating the foundation for some embodiment invitations from Elumin who will finish the DJ section off with some more lively beats after @kingfishasound graces us with his own flavour of dubby goodness 🥰

@evolvingwithella will then lull us into bliss with her incredible vocal performance and guide us into rest to then receive the potent sound healing frequencies of @_kyle__rose_ who will also be sharing live drumming throughout and will lead us all into harmonic resonance to finish

We will close with a simple circle, reminding us of our place within this blossoming community and the greater whole, bringing a completion to our time together and an opportunity to share and connect if we wish to 💖

I absolutely loved playing at @jamforfreedom last weekend🥰

I was fortunate to DJ on the main stage on the opening night and felt a beautiful collaborative energy, cue the wonderful @_elumin_ 🗣️🎶

It was an honour to co-create with Elumin, check out her angelic, mystical vocals/frequencies along with the smooth sounds of @zerotdnb - Jazz Tone 🎶👏

Big Love also to @expression_mcr & @mcsixftnine for laying down some epic MC'ing, and to @_bondnb_ for the smooth liquid flavaz towards the end with the other MC (can't recall his name!)

We didn't plan this btw, we simply flowed and allowed the D&B-infused expression unfold!! 💫

Thankyou to those who came to rave and to Cambel, Betty and the J4F team for the support, and for ALL the graft, energy and love you put into the festival; with FREEDOM at the heart💚

I LOVE collaborating - something really magickal unfolds when souls weave and combine gifts (we ALL have gifts!!); for me it also supports with dissolving the illusion of separation, whilst reminding one of the power in Unity✨

It was a Wonderful way to spend Saturday Evening as People Connected with their body through guided meditation & Somatic Movements, then we Danced it out until the sun went down! 🌟✨☀️🌤
@expression_mcr & @mcsixftnine even jumped up for some DnB Bars alongside the wicked mixing of DJ @manoeuvreuk @ignite_sober_rave ! 🎤✨

The Ladies finished with the stunning combination of @_elumin_ Vocals & @iam.violetskies Singing Bowls & Sound Journey bringing us all beautifully back to equilibrium and sending us off into the sunset!
