Our new bottle roots Palm Republic in the provenances from which our rums are sourced:
The ridges of the bottle nod to the leaves of a palm frond, and the wave at the base of the bottle links us to the Caribbean Sea—the water that connects the regions from which our rum originates.
The new Palm Republic is available now and is set to begin shipping at the end of this month.

Where will it take you?
For me, Palm Republic is the result of a dream that began 20 years ago. Over a bottle of rum with the man who would eventually become my father-in-law, I discovered a passion for pure Caribbean rum. That passion turned into an obsession, a continual search for the best rum the region has to offer.
Palm Republic is the result.
Was so nice to wrap up our trip in Milan and Como… much needed getaway with friends!

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Palm Republic Silver Rum
1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
5 oz fresh lime juice
bar spoon agave syrup
1.5 oz club soda
1 dash angostura bitters
Garnish:
Grapefruit wedge
Glassware:
Collins glass
Instructions:
Add all ingredients except soda to shaker tin
Fill shaker tin with ice
Shake hard for 10 seconds
Strain into collins glass filled with ice
Top with club soda
Use bar spoon to incorporate
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge
