Couldn’t be more thrilled to share that our labour of love ‘Shadowbox’ (‘Baksho Bondi’), directed by Tanushree Das @tanushree_skreenfilms and Saumyananda Sahi @somosahi, has been selected in the new Perspectives Competition at the 75th Berlin International Film Festival.

Set against the backdrop of a dusty Kolkata suburb, Shadowbox is a powerful narrative of love, resilience, and the quiet strength of a working woman - Maya.

Featuring Tillotama Shome @tillotamashome, Chandan Bisht @chandanbissht and Sayan Karmakar, the film has been in the making for eight years. We can’t wait for the film to find its audience.

All That Breathes premieres tonight in the US and Latin America on HBO Max. From tomorrow, the film will also be available in the UK and Ireland, Canada, Australia, Central Europe, Northern Europe, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. We are so thrilled that the film will be available to a wide audience, through HBO Max and their regional partners.

The film will be rolling out to India and many remaining territories over the next two months. We'll be sure to update the moment we have a confirmed broadcast date 🙂

All That Breathes was just nominated for Best Documentary at the 2023 BAFTA awards.

Joint best moment from the past month, I think this Tom Hanks fan really enjoyed Elvis

Three years ago this week, a small 4 person crew (all from the same college) was feverishly struggling to complete the edit of the first ever demo reel for 'All That Breathes'. The software kept crashing, we ran out of time to do even basic sound design and colour correction and it felt like a thoroughly inauspicious begining all around.

It feels quite fitting, three years on, to discover that 'All That Breathes' is part of the Official Selection at @festivaldecannes in May 2022. Circumstances permitting, this will be our physical premiere.
