this bonus episode from a fantastic first season, which i had the pleasure of sound-editing for the final few episodes, is a panel discussion amongst a stellar cast of palestinian & sudanese filmmakers. throughout the episode they profess the love & importance that they have for their chosen medium, through which they can best tell their stories. evidently, these short films are well-crafted vignettes that fruitfully provide a sort of therapeutic realness in a world that chooses to bombard people with superficial propaganda over the truth.

@sarahaghaonline leads the discussion with her familiar touches of eloquence and grace, whilst interviewing & celebrating the emotionally moving subject-matter of these shorts films.
