To help our community navigate this high-stress season, our first-year Clinical Psychology students on the Downers Grove Campus recently hosted Wellness Week.

Recognizing that self-care isn't always easy during demanding times, they led our campus in essential practices to prevent burnout and maintain sleep health. From a restful "reset fair" and guided meditation to hands-on painting, stretching, and a restorative sound bath, the week served as a powerful reminder: taking care of ourselves allows us to better care for others.
