Wednesday’s Feed Me is looking pretty good this week.

Tuna croquettes to start with that gochujang kick, then roast chicken Maryland with a sharp mustard and vinegar sauce. Fresh fennel and rocket to keep things balanced, and finishing with a dark rum cocoa tart with orange blossom crème fraîche.
