2025 was a bit hard to swallow. There were ups and downs, but overall I can say that it was my best year health wise.
I quit drinking alcohol at all after my second 10-days Vipassana course. It’s been 9 months already. Not going back there. I’m a sober raver now 💃🏽
I started eating according to Ayurveda and it helped me restore my healthy congestion.
I started waking up at 7 AM (been dreaming about it for years!). Yes I’m an early rising Dj now.
I’ve been doing my daily kundalini routine since April with no skipping (well almost 😅).
I’m continuing my Vipassana meditation practice 5-6 hours a week.
I started working out additionally at the gym 2-3 times a week.
My physical and mental health became my priorities in 2025 and it paid off!!
I’m looking and feeling better and healthier than ever and I’m really enjoying life now.
I believe that 2026 will bring even more joy and content! There are still some areas of my life that need to be worked on in 2026 🥰

I started eating according to Ayurveda and it helped me restore my healthy congestion.
I started waking up at 7 AM (been dreaming about it for years!). Yes I’m an early rising Dj now.
I’ve been doing my daily kundalini routine since April with no skipping (well almost 😅).
I’m continuing my Vipassana meditation practice 5-6 hours a week.
I started working out additionally at the gym 2-3 times a week.
My physical and mental health became my priorities in 2025 and it paid off!!
I’m looking and feeling better and healthier than ever and I’m really enjoying life now.
I believe that 2026 will bring even more joy and content! There are still some areas of my life that need to be worked on in 2026 🥰
Anyways thank you 2025 I will not miss you too much.

2025 was a bit hard to swallow. There were ups and downs, but overall I can say that it was my best year health wise.
