Save this viral dumpling recipe everyone is making right now! 🥟
Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground pork or chicken
• 1 tbsp garlic puree
• 1 tbsp ginger puree
• ⅓ cup green onions, diced
• 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
• olive oil
• dumpling wrappers
• optional: chili crisp, sesame seeds, soy sauce
Directions:
1. Mix the meat, garlic, ginger, green onions, and soy sauce until combined.
2. Roll into 1 tbsp balls and place on a nonstick pan, about an inch apart.
3. Press a dumpling wrapper over each ball, tucking the edges down.
4. Drizzle with olive oil. Heat to medium-low.
5. Cook ~3 min until the bottoms are golden.
6. Add ⅓ cup water, cover, and let steam until evaporated.
7. Plate and top with chili crisp, sesame, soy. Dig in.
