-Staging: Stageline Certified technicians, individuals with strong decking and structural knowledge(LA towers, skaff, self climbers)

-Audio Engineers: Familiar with the JBL/Crown system workflow, Yamaha consoles, Shure Wireless

-Lighting Techs: Familiar with Hog/MA consoles, strong networking knowledge, designing and deploying lighting rigs in corporate and festival environments, Vectorworks

-Video: LED Wall deployment, Novastar processing, Resolume, Black Magic Switchers, PTZ & Traditional Cameras

Freelancers should have:
-A minimum of 2 years experience in the industry
-The Ability to lift 60lbs unassisted
-Reliable Transportation
-Experience working long hours
-A positive, hands on, team player attitude

Do you have outrageous organizational skills? Do you prefer to do things the right way the first time? Event Tech is seeking a driven and self-motivated Part-Time Administrative Clerk to offer innovative solutions and a fresh perspective to our team.

Job location: 7601 Brandon Woods Blvd., Baltimore, MD 21226
Primary Functions:
- Work closely with Accounting Administrator
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain timekeeping system. (QuickBooks experience preferred)
- Process timesheets for payroll, including auditing and error correction
- Manage accounts payable/receivable
- Reconcile company accounts such as: bank, credit card, lease vehicle, E-ZPass, etc.
- Assist with Logistics Coordinating and Human Resources tasks
Minimum Requirements:
- College degree from an accredited college preferred or at least 2 years of administrative experience
- Very strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be a problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and self-motivated
- Basic Windows computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- 20-25 hours per week (in-person only). Schedule is flexible.
