Milton Rojas 🇵🇪
Grown at 1800 MASL in La Higuera, Cajamarca, this Bourbon lot from Milton Rojas reflects both precision and deep connection to the land his family has worked for generations.
Milton carefully ferments the coffee for 48 hours in cherry, followed by an additional 32 hours after depulping. This process builds layered sweetness, structure, and clarity in the cup. Slow drying in the cool mountain climate further shapes the coffee’s character.
For Milton, coffee is more than production. It’s family history, daily work, and something worth passing on. Now available at our cafe and on the website☕️

Ruarai AA Washed 🇰🇪
Our first new season Kenyan release comes from Nyeri, on the western slopes of Mount Kenya. This is a region known for producing some of the world’s most expressive coffees.
This lot brings together everything we love about washed Kenyan profiles: vibrant acidity, layered sweetness, and clarity in the cup. Expect notes of plum, red currant, and delicate florals with a juicy, structured finish.
Produced by around 600 smallholder farmers near the rocky Ruarai River, this coffee reflects both the region’s volcanic terroir and the meticulous processing Kenya is known for.
