Elias som skapade Riri och tidigare arbetat på Ett Hem och Fäviken har spenderat ett år på Sicilien (Italiens motsvarighet till Gotland) och fått med sig de bästa av denna mytiska ön. På Sicilien är råvaran A och O och landskapet har en sällan skådad diversitet när de kommer till maten. För den här gången skippar vi caponata och pasta vongole för att djupdyka i de lite mer gritty Sicilien kan erbjuda!
