首先佢間嘢夠靚但係唔扮嘢，奢華得嚟夠Modern，但價錢唔貴 💰 Champagne有成500款，by glass都有25款，Krug、Cristal都有得逐杯飲 (求金主請我飲 😖) Champagne cocktail用料貴，但價錢相宜 🤩 私心推杯Kir Royale同French 75 💁‍♂️ 嘢食由Amber總廚Richard Ekkebus @rekkebus 主理，無得彈 🤤 每晚10點仲有免費香檳塔，儀式感爆燈 💡 總之去完就好似洗咗唔多錢，但係做咗大爺咁 😜 真係好啱大家帶人嚟Date 💋

The Landmark Mandarin Oriental @mo_landmarkhk hasn’t even reopened yet, but their new Champagne Bar 🥂 Blanc de Noirs 🍇 is already stealing the show — and I genuinely can’t stop recommending it

The space is gorgeous without being pretentious — think luxe but modern, and way more affordable than you’d expect 💰 500+ champagnes on the list, 25 by the glass, and yes, Krug and Cristal are both available per flute (someone take me back, please 😖) The champagne cocktails punch way above their price point 🤩 Personal favourites? Kir Royale and French 75, no contest 💁‍♂️ Food is handled by Amber’s chef Richard Ekkebus @rekkebus , so that’s already a yes from me 🤤 And every night at 10PM they do a complimentary champagne tower — the kind of moment that just makes the whole night 💡 You leave feeling like you splurged without actually splurging 😜 Genuinely one of the best date spots in the city right now 💋

過去一個星期我專程去咗吉隆坡，參加KL Cocktail Week 2026 @klcwofficial 🥳 真係要係度同你地分享下幾多玩，尤其係星期六舉行嘅Festival Village，好耐無見過咁大場面嘅Cocktail活動 👏🏻 有成20+個由KL同檳城酒吧主理嘅Cocktail檔位，真係飲死寶寶啦 🫪 不過現場好熱鬧，識到超多朋友，好玩!

除咗Festival Village之外，我每晚都參與咗由亞洲各地唔同酒吧Takeover當地酒吧嘅Guest Shift活動，仲有超抵嘅Cocktail Pairing活動 🍽️ 去完內心只有一件事，就係想邀請你地下年一齊去呀呀呀呀!!!!!!

Spent last week in Kuala Lumpur for KL Cocktail Week 2026 @klcwofficial 🥳 and honestly, I have so much to share — especially the Saturday Festival Village, which was one of the biggest cocktail events I’ve ever been to 👏🏻 Over 20+ booths run by bars from KL and Penang… let’s just say I did not hold back 🫪 The atmosphere was electric and I met so many amazing people — absolute vibes🕺

But Festival Village was just one part of it 🍽️ Every night there were Guest Shifts with bars taking over local venues from across Asia, plus some insanely good value Cocktail Pairing events too 🤤 After everything, I’m left with just one thought — I need to bring you all with me next year!!!!!

呢間隱藏係中環嘉咸街街市嘅Speakeasy，出名蘋果批好食Vibe又正 🕺 除咗一向做慣偏濃偏甜嘅美式Cocktail，佢地新Menu仲出咗唔少Light嘅選擇 😎 無論咩心情狀態口味都一樣正

The Green Door @thegreendoor.bar ’s new menu is all about “strangers”… but don’t worry, no forced socialising here 👀 it’s more of a concept than a social experiment 👽

This hidden speakeasy tucked inside the wet market onGraham Street, Central teams up with tattoo artist Mr. Koo @mrkootattoo for the new menu, with cocktails still named after people — last time it was all about intimacy, this time it’s about bringing strangers a little closer 👫

Known for their rich and sweet American-style cocktails (and that apple pie everyone loves 🥧), they’ve now added more light and easy options too 😎 so whatever mood you’re in, there’s definitely something that hits just right

啱啱去完澳洲嘅我，其實成日都想係飲到澳洲嘅味道同感覺 😌 因為個度Cocktail除咗啱我口味之餘，是旦一間酒吧Vibe都好好，成日搞到我走唔到 🙃

當然飛唔到過去，香港最接近嘅可以話係Peel Street最旺嘅Bourke’s @bourkes.hk 🪽 呢間以Melbourne Bourke’s Street命名嘅酒吧，除咗主打澳洲Wine之外🍷，新Menu更帶嚟好多澳洲嘅原料同集體回憶，好似有當地本土汽水Passiona、小朋友必食嘅Ice Cream Float等等Inspire嘅Cocktail 🍨，加上超好食嘅嘢食，點可以錯過呀 🤤

Just got back from Australia and I already miss the flavours and vibes 😌 Honestly, it’s not just the cocktails that hit right, every bar there just has that energy that makes you never wanna leave 🙃

If I can’t fly back anytime soon, the closest I’ve found in Hong Kong has to be Bourke’s @bourkes.hk on Peel Street 🪽Named after Melbourne’s Bourke Street, this spot brings a slice of Aussie culture right here — from their focus on Australian wines 🍷 to a new menu packed with nostalgic flavours 📺 They bring local classics like Passiona soda and childhood favourites like ice cream floats, all reimagined into cocktails 🍨 Plus the food is seriously good too… so yeah, very hard to say no 🤤

This might be one of the most fun cocktail bars in Hong Kong 😛 You can literally play a game to win free shots 🥃 Order a round, roll the dice 🎲 — land on 1 and it’s completely free, 2–5 you pay $30–60, but if you hit 6… it’s $100 😇 (okay I believe you won’t be that unlucky 😉) Honestly though, even if you have to pay, it’s still worth it — these are proper cocktail shots, not the basic kind 🤤 When I went, they even had foam on top, so you know they’re not cutting corners 😛

By day it’s a hair salon, by night it transforms into Dead Poets @deadpoetshk — a cocktail bar with a menu inspired by famous painters 🎨 Each drink is based on iconic artworks 🍹 fun, creative, and actually good to drink too

美國威士忌發源地原來唔係肯德基州，而係出過最多美國總統嘅維珍尼亞州 @visitvirginia 👀 我仲發現原來美國唔係淨係出Bourbon，都有出Single Malt Whisky 🥃 質素仲比我想像中好好多 🤤

話說最近受邀去咗美國維珍尼亞州推廣佢地烈酒同海鮮 🍤 嘅活動 🥄 我先發現佢地出嘅Whisky好值得推，尤其係由Virginia Distillery @vadistillery 做嘅Single Malt 🌾 其中個枝Blue Ridge可以話係佢地代表作，飲落去有一股嘅焦糖雲呢拿味，同少少檸檬、炸椰子嘅味道，飲得到好多風味之餘做得算好清

我當日仲試咗唔少維珍尼亞州嘅海鮮特產，包括生蠔、帶子、海螺、鯰魚 🐋 等等，配埋酒，咁正去邊度搵呀?

Do you know the birthplace of American whisky isn’t Kentucky, but Virginia @visitvirginia ? 👀 And it’s not just about Bourbon here, they actually make Single Malt Whisky too 🥃 Way better quality than I expected 🤤

I was recently invited to an event promoting Virginia’s spirits and seafood 🍤🥄 That’s when I found out their whiskies definitely deserve more attention, especially Virginia Distillery @vadistillery ‘s Single Malt Whisky 🌾 Their Blue Ridge is basically the signature bottle — smooth caramel vanilla notes with hints of lemon and toasted coconut, complex yet clean
I also tried loads of Virginia seafood specialties: oysters, scallops, conch, catfish 🐋 Tell me where else you can get whisky and seafood pairing this good 😍
