We’re delighted to welcome Jule & Flor in residence, sharing their practice and leading ProClass in the mornings.🧡
The classes willbegin with a gentle but thorough warm-up — softly waking up the whole body through mobilisation, strength work and stretching. The focus is on connection: to yourself, to your body, and to each other — setting a grounded and energised tone for the day ahead.
From there, you’ll dive into guided improvisations inspired by their creation Murmuration. Expect dancing in contact, exploring touch, walking and running, shifting between working in pairs and moving as a collective group.
To close, Jule & Flor will share a short piece of repertoire, weaving the morning’s explorations into crafted material.

We‘re back in the studio with Murmurations in a week and are opening our warm-up for you to come and join us! From 21st-23rd October from 10-11.15am at @london_performance_studios we will facilitate a class containing of mobility and pilates exercises and improvisations connected to our practice.
The class is donation based; suggested price is £6 but if you can‘t afford it please come anyway! 🫶

Murmurations is a dance creation, in collaboration between Jule Niekamp and Flor Riverti. Ella Holappa @ellaholap.pa has joined the project as a dramaturg and we are soon going to start connecting with music producers.
