The crown for best breakfast burrito might’ve found its throne in the hills of Los Angeles.
The Mexi-Armenian fusion flavors of @breadandbreakfastla were so viral they hit my Instagram feed all the way back in St. Louis—and now I understand why. Big, bold, unapologetic flavor, wrapped up in portions that don’t play around.
Not only are the burritos massive, the flavors are even bigger. Burritos bigger than my head, I’ve been dreaming of them since.
Here’s what we got:
Carne Asada and Bacon Burrito — marinated carne asada, bacon, eggs, tallow tots, American cheese. Rich, savory, and stacked.
Pastrami Bowl — 14-hour smoked pastrami brisket, eggs, tallow tots, and a four-cheese Mexican blend. Sooo much flavor - I don’t usually like pastrami and even I went back for a second bite!
And the cilantro crema. You don’t need it—but you’re going to want extra. Trust that.
LA locals, prove me wrong. Tag the breakfast burrito that beats this—I’m ready to put it to the test.
