With an incredible team of vendors, this private property was transformed into an unforgettable setting. Behind the scenes, we built two kitchens and serviced three separate locations, ensuring every detail flowed effortlessly from start to finish.
As bagpipers led guests from the ceremony to the reception, our team greeted them with cocktails in hand, passing Mini Lobster Tarts and Vermont Cheddar Gougères to kick off the celebration.
Dinner was served family-style under a lavishly decorated tent overflowing with florals. Guests gathered around tables filled with Seared Spatchcock Chicken with maple-roasted winter squash, Atlantic Cod with Saltbox Farm herbs, and Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with harissa carrots—a menu rooted in seasonality and crafted with care.
For dessert, the couple added a personal touch, sharing a family favorite-Mom’s Orange Cookies-alongside Mini Cannoli with Pistachio and Dutch Apple Tartlets. A sweet and meaningful way to close out the evening.
