Grown in the hills of Caldono in Colombia’s Cauca region, this coffee is the result of a shared effort between seven small scale farmers who cultivate and process their coffee on their own family farms. At elevations between 1400 and 1750 meters, the combination of mountain climate and clay rich soils helps develop coffees with smooth body, balanced acidity, and
natural sweetness.
The result is a smooth and approachable espresso with notes of orange, brown sugar and milk chocolate, reflecting both the land and the people behind it.
